We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of our residential and commercial properties. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a thorough understanding of property management practices, and a commitment to providing exceptional service to tenants. This role requires a proactive approach to managing property issues, ensuring compliance with regulations, and maintaining positive relationships with residents and guests.
Duties
- Guest Communication: Promptly and courteously respond to guest messages and inquiries.
- Booking Management: Assist with reservations, cancellations, and guest requests.
- Check-In/Out: Coordinate check-ins/outs and provide access instructions.
- Maintenance: Report issues and
- coordinate repairs.
- Guest Reviews: Encourage reviews and manage feedback.
- Emergency Support: Address urgent guest needs.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in property management software or platform (Airbnb) is desirable.
- Excellent administrative skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships with tenants and stakeholders.
- A legal administrative background is an advantage.
- Must have an active guest account at http://www.airbnb.com/
